Long working hours for women can take a toll on their body. Here’s a message to all working women who are very busy with their daily activities, household chores and also office work.
It is important to take care of three important points to avoid gynecological problems in every woman. Generally, we have a sedentary lifestyle, that gives a lot of fat deposition leading to various gynecological problems. It is recommended to exercise daily at least 1 hr to 1 ½ hr which helps to burn fat and calories.
Second important thing is diet. Because of long and heavy work women may not be able to have their food on time. Please ensure to take breakfast, lunch and dinner on time. Mid meals or 6 meal plans are always a great idea. Mostly protein rich foods and liquids will definitely help to retain their energy.
Mental stress plays a key role in day to day life. It is the major cause for all the health issues such as Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD), Diabetics, thyroid etc. Meditation, outing/rides, spending time with family and friends can help to boost mind. Laughter therapy or any other activity can also give relief to the stressful life and body. All these tips can prevent mental stress and which in turn helps to prevent any gynecological problems in the early age of life.
