Tips to prevent heart diseases:
80 % of heart disease can be prevented if you follow these four things:
- Quitting smoking
- Stopping alcohol consumption
- Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. According to guidelines, you should eat at least three to five servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
- Doing exercise, particularly in the form of a brisk walk. Walking is advised for about 30-45 minutes per day, five to six days a week.
