It gives us immense pleasure to announce that Yashoda Academy of Neurosciences (YANS) Hyderabad will be organizing a two-day course and workshop on Acute Neuro Care on 16 & 17 November, 2019.

Acute Neuro Care (ANC) is a course and workshop designed by Indian Society of Neuroanaesthesia and Critical Care (ISNACC) focused on clinical management of acute neuro emergencies with interactive skill stations. The aim of the program is to enable Emergency Physicians, Neuroanaesthetists, Neurosurgeons, Intensivists, Neurologists to deal with acute neurologically ill patients.

During the course standard protocol-based approach will be imparted through didactic lectures and interactive skill stations with hands on training. During the workshop the emergencies to be discussed are Acute Ischemic Stroke, Intracerebral Hemorrhage, Status Epilepticus, Subarachnoid Hemorrhage, Meningitis and Encephalitis, Airway Management in a patient with Raised Intracranial Pressure, Traumatic Brain Injury, Traumatic Spine Injury and Spinal Cord Compression.
