Rise in Heart Diseases among Youngsters
Heart disease is on the rise, and sudden heart attacks are becoming life-threatening for many people in their 30s and 40s. Previously, all of the incidents were linked to elderly people who had been experiencing numerous symptoms of heart disease for a long time. However, the risk of a heart attack among young people has increased over time.
Heart disease is not only affecting older people; it is also affecting younger people more frequently. This is partly due to the high prevalence of obesity, uncontrolled high blood pressure, and high cholesterol among younger people, which puts them at risk for heart disease earlier in life.
