It is no secret that summer this year is much hotter than ever before. It becomes necessary to beware of the hot weather and take care of your health and skin. The summer heat can cause a lot of health complications like heat stroke, dehydration, and sunburn.
It is recommended that you stay indoors during the peak hours of the day, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, and use good sunscreen with an SPF 15 or higher to protect yourself from the harsh heat this summer. It is also advised to eat water-based fruits and vegetables like watermelon and cucumber to keep your body cool.
